The MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) HM combines a passive infrared motion detector with a built-in camera that captures a burst of photos when motion is triggered or on demand from the Ajax app. Photo verification lets you confirm whether an alarm is genuine before dispatching a response — dramatically reducing false callouts. The High Mount (HM) housing is optimised for installation at 5–7m, widening the detection zone to cover larger outdoor areas such as car parks, courtyards, and perimeter fences. Communicates wirelessly with Ajax Hub over the proprietary Jeweller radio protocol.
