I ordered a DDJ-FLX6 and when there was a shortage of stock due to it being discontinued. After chatting with his local supplier, Kenny offered to either refund, or UPGRADE my order to the latest model, the DDJ-GRV6 using his own initiative and AT THEIR OWN COST. What I ended up with effectively increased the Rand value of what I’d initially spent by more or less 40% - needless to say I was super excited and Kenny remained patient with my frantic, giddy emails and phone calls while his supplier organised stock and overnight delivery.
