Returns Policy

You receive a full 60 days to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Below is how returns, refunds and warranty claims work.

Product Returns

You receive a full 60 days to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 60 days for a store credit or refund. Correctly supplied items that have been opened will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee.

All returns must be returned in their original packaging, with all the original accessories, and have no visible damage or usage.

If you are returning a product that does not work (out of box failure) we will collect the product and replace it as soon as possible.

Email returns@audico.co.za to initiate a return, including the product name, order number, and a brief explanation as to why you would like to return it.

Refunds may take up to 4 weeks depending on whether the product needs to be tested before returning to stock.

Refunds will not be available for specially ordered stock or custom designed items.

Warranty Returns

Items that fail and are covered within the manufacturer's warranty terms and date will be collected by Audico and sent to the local supplier repair centres. Please allow up to 1 week, once the product has been delivered, to get a report.

If any item fails outside of the manufacturer warranty period or conditions, Audico will need to levy a charge for shipping both ways to the repair centre.

Any returns made under the pretence of being faulty that are checked by the supplier and deemed to be not faulty will be liable for shipping both ways. Deemed not faulty includes fuse replacements, master resets, or items simply found to be fine.
