Eight channels suits small acoustic performances, duo and trio acts, portable PA rigs, and compact rehearsal room monitoring. Each channel provides a gain control for input level matching, EQ for frequency shaping, and an individual fader for mix balance. The SM8 is the entry-level model in the Imix SM mixer series, complemented by the SM12 (12 channels) and SM16 (16 channels) for larger input requirements. Suited to small venues, houses of worship with limited inputs, community events, and users stepping into analogue mixing for the first time.
