Midas KT-AES50 — AES50 digital audio network expansion module for Midas and Klark Teknik mixing consoles, providing high-channel-count audio distribution over long distances via dual RJ-45 connections.

The KT-AES50 adds AES50 network connectivity to compatible Midas and Klark Teknik consoles, enabling up to 48 bidirectional channels at 48 kHz or 24 bidirectional channels at 96 kHz over standard Cat5e/Cat6 cable. AES50 is the interconnect standard used across the Midas and Klark Teknik ecosystem — connecting stage boxes, I/O expanders, and consoles without signal degradation across distances impractical for analogue wiring. Dual RJ-45 ports allow loop or star topology configurations. LED indicators provide real-time network status and diagnostics for fast troubleshooting during setup.
