Pro'sKit DK-2043 — specialist fibre optic Kevlar cutter with high carbon alloy steel blades and TPE handles, designed specifically for cleanly severing Kevlar strength members inside fibre optic cables.

Standard scissors and cutters crush or fray Kevlar fibres rather than cutting them cleanly. The DK-2043 uses a scissor action with blades geometry optimised for Kevlar, producing a clean cut that does not compromise the integrity of surrounding optical fibres or buffer tubes. Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) handles provide grip and reduce hand fatigue during splicing and termination work.
