Rolls DB226 — passive stereo DI box that converts two channels of unbalanced consumer line-level signal to balanced XLR outputs for direct connection to professional mixing consoles and PA systems.
The DB226 uses transformer isolation on both channels to convert stereo unbalanced signals — from laptops, phones, media players, or keyboards — to balanced XLR outputs suitable for a mixing console, stage box, or powered speaker with XLR inputs. No power is required. Ground lift switches on each channel allow hum from ground loops to be eliminated. Compact and passive, it is a reliable tool for live performance, installed audio, and studio setup where consumer-level devices need to feed professional audio equipment cleanly.
