The SVS 3000 Micro features a groundbreaking design with two fully active 8-inch woofers mounted on opposite sides of the sealed cabinet. These drivers move in perfect unison, producing tight, punchy bass and crisp musical transients on par with much larger subwoofers. By firing in opposite directions, mechanical energy is cancelled out, preventing the cabinet from moving or "dancing" across the room.

Each driver is connected in parallel to a single 800 watt RMS (2,500+ watt peak) Sledge STA-800D2 amplifier with discrete MOSFET output, ensuring precise control and effortless power delivery. The aluminium construction of the woofer components enhances thermal management and reduces distortion for pristine sound quality.

A 50 MHz Analog Devices DSP enables sophisticated tuning, custom frequency response curves, and optimised room gain. The SVS Subwoofer DSP smartphone app (compatible with Apple iOS and Android) provides easy access to volume, EQ, low pass filter, phase, polarity, room gain, and system settings for personalised sound optimisation.
