Synology E10G30-T2 — dual-port 10GBase-T add-on network card for Synology servers, providing two 10GbE RJ45 ports with automatic speed negotiation between 10Gbps and 1Gbps, validated for Synology server compatibility under DSM.

The E10G30-T2 upgrades Synology server connectivity from standard gigabit to 10GbE, enabling high-throughput connections to 10GbE switches, NAS clusters, and workstations. Both ports support 10GBASE-T over standard Cat6/Cat6a cabling, and automatically drop back to 1Gbps when connected to 1GbE equipment — no manual configuration needed. Validated and supported under Synology DSM for full compatibility and driver support.
