Use certified hardware as the baseline
Microsoft Teams Rooms should begin with certified hardware: compute modules, cameras, microphones, loudspeakers, touch controllers and scheduling panels that Microsoft and the vendor have tested together. Certification reduces update risk, simplifies IT support and makes it easier to standardise rooms across a company. It does not replace room design. Audico still needs to check table shape, seating distance, display size, network quality, calendar integration, cable paths and whether the organisation wants Windows-based rooms, Android appliances or BYOD fallback options later.
