Match the camera to the seating layout
Camera choice should follow the seating layout and the farthest participant, not simply megapixel count. A huddle room can use a wide-angle video bar because everyone sits close to the screen. A deeper meeting room benefits from optical zoom, intelligent framing or a PTZ camera that keeps faces clear without turning the table into a tiny strip. Side seating and U-shaped tables may require wider coverage or multiple camera views. Audico should check camera height, sightline over displays and whether the room needs presenter tracking.
