It features two 5.25" wood fibre woofers reinforced with patented SMC disks that minimise mechanical distortion, delivering detailed, relaxed midrange and extended listening comfort. The 29 mm soft dome tweeter, specially developed for the Oberon series, offers a wide frequency response and smooth transition from the midrange drivers. The cabinet is constructed from high-density CNC-machined MDF with solid internal bracing to eliminate resonance. Acoustic damping material inside optimises timing and bass precision. Rear bass ports use wall proximity to enhance low-frequency performance. The rounded front grille and aluminium base provide a modern, elegant look. Designed for wide dispersion, the Oberon 5 delivers consistent sound quality even when not directly in front of the speakers, reducing harmonic distortion and frequency colouration. This design eliminates the need for toe-in, simplifying setup.
