It operates in two modes: Cloud mode: Sends network data to the Pakedge cloud for remote access via web or mobile app, with two-way communication for management actions. Local mode: Runs autonomously based on pre-programmed schedules or routines without requiring cloud connectivity, ensuring continuous operation even if the internet is down. Monitoring and Alerts BakPak monitors all devices across multiple networks, displaying status via various views including multiple network, profile list, geographic map, single network, device list, topology, and table views. Device and network statuses are colour-coded for quick recognition: green (online and healthy), yellow (partial offline), and red (offline). Intelligent alerts use AI algorithms to eliminate false notifications by analysing root causes, ensuring precise and actionable fault reports. Alerts can be customised by device priority and network, with options for email, SMS, or app notifications.
