Aten VM5808H — 8x8 HDMI matrix switch with seamless switching, built-in scaler, video wall support, and multiple control methods for professional AV installations up to 1080p.

The Aten VM5808H routes any of eight HDMI video sources to any of eight HDMI displays simultaneously, with the ability to send the same source to multiple outputs or different sources to each display. ATEN's Seamless Switch technology, built on an FPGA matrix architecture, delivers continuous video streams with real-time switching and no black frames between transitions. The built-in high-performance scaler converts input resolutions to the optimal resolution for each display — useful when mixing sources and displays of different specifications. Video wall mode allows up to 16 connection profiles to be created and activated via the web GUI, enabling flexible multi-display layouts for stage presentations, control centres, and retail environments. EDID Expert selects the best EDID settings for reliable power-up and maximum image quality. Supports HDMI 3D and Deep Colour, HDCP 1.4, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, and Consumer Electronics Control (CEC). Control is available via front panel pushbuttons, IR remote, RS-232, and Ethernet (Telnet or web GUI). ATEN Video Matrix Control App provides remote status monitoring and switching from a smartphone or tablet.
