Aten VK430 — 10.1-inch touch-screen room booking panel with PoE, LED availability indicators, and calendar integration for enterprise meeting room management.

The Aten VK430 mounts outside a conference room and displays real-time availability, allowing users to check, book, extend, or release the room with a few taps. It integrates with Microsoft Office 365 Calendar, Google Workspace Calendar, and Microsoft Exchange Server via the ATEN RBS Configurator — a centralised management platform that gives administrators a live overview of all rooms and panels in the system. Two LED light bars (one on each side) illuminate in configurable colours to indicate room status — available, reserved, or occupied — visible at a glance from the corridor. Power over Ethernet (PoE) means a single Ethernet cable delivers both data and power, reducing installation cost and cable clutter. VESA 75x75mm mounting is supported; a standard wall mount kit and 3M VHB tape are included for flexible installation on walls or glass.
