The Aten 2L5202UP connects a PC to an ATEN KVM switch that uses the 3-in-1 SPHD (Super High Density) connector. The SPHD connector carries keyboard, mouse, and VGA video signals in a single proprietary connector, simplifying cable management at the KVM switch end. The PC end uses a standard HDB-15 (VGA) connector for video and a USB Type-A connector for keyboard/mouse. A built-in PS/2 to USB converter is included for connecting to USB-only PCs using legacy PS/2 KVM cables. Compatible with ATEN KVM switches that use SPHD console connectors.
