The V10’s design focuses on delivering the purest sound by isolating sensitive amplification circuits from power supply interference. The MC input uses four parallel-connected ultra-low-noise JFET transistors to eliminate noise and bias current feedback, ensuring silent operation even with low output MC cartridges. Both MM and MC gain stages feature discrete bipolar transistor power supplies for minimal signal noise and accurate amplification.

The V10 is highly optimisable to suit individual setups. MM capacitance can be adjusted between 100 and 467 pF, while MC impedance is adjustable between 33 and 550 ohms or fixed at 47 kohm. Gain can be increased by 5, 10, or 12 dB on both inputs. The built-in subsonic filter reduces low-frequency rumble, and an adjustable auto standby function conserves power when not in use.
