The DL155-EU provides 16 fully remotely controllable Midas mic preamps in a stage-deployed rack unit, connecting back to the mixing console via AES50 over standard Cat5e cable. Remote gain control from the console allows the engineer to make preamp adjustments without leaving the mix position. Each preamp supports 48 V phantom power for condenser microphones and delivers the wide dynamic range that characterises the Midas preamp design. Dual redundant power supplies ensure the box continues to operate if one power source fails — essential for high-stakes live events. Built in a road-ready chassis for reliable touring and installation use.
