Compatibility & Usage Tips

The USB BOX S is fully compatible with Windows 10. After upgrading from Windows 7, 8, or 8.1, reinstalling the latest drivers may be necessary. No additional drivers are needed for Windows, MacOS, or Linux as the device uses integrated OS drivers.

If the device is not recognised on MacOS, reset the USB bus by restarting your computer and holding alt + cmd + P + R until a second startup sound is heard. This will allow the USB BOX S to be detected correctly.

For optimal playback, use compatible software players such as foobar2000 that support bit-perfect streaming.
