Product Overview

The Reference Subwoofer 40 cable is designed for low capacitance, a key factor in achieving tight, rhythmically accurate bass. QED’s Complementary Conductor Technology™ utilises two silver-plated oxygen-free copper conductors of different diameters to carry the same audio signal, reducing time smearing and enhancing timing and detail.

A floating Zn/Mn ferrite jacket absorbs very high-frequency noise outside the audible range, improving micro-timing and clarity. The Analoc™ RCA plug features small, high-purity gold-plated copper conductors and a hollow central pin to reduce eddy currents and combat skin effect, maintaining high-fidelity audio throughout.
