Samson QH4 - 4 Channel Headphone Amplifier
Distribute high-quality audio to four headphones with individual volume control, ideal for studios, podcasts, and mobile recording sessions.
Overview
The Samson QH4 is a compact 4-channel headphone amplifier delivering clean, crisp audio to four headphones simultaneously. Each channel features its own volume control, making it perfect for studios, desktop workstations, laptops, or smartphones during recording.
Inputs and Outputs
The QH4 includes two balanced 1/4" inputs for mixers or recording interfaces, plus a stereo 1/8" Aux input for music playback from smartphones or other line-level devices. It offers four stereo 1/4" headphone outputs and a stereo 1/8" Aux output for daisy-chaining multiple units.
Performance and Controls
Each of the four independent high-power amplifier channels supports headphones with impedance from 16 to 600 Ω without power loss when all channels are in use. With an ultra-low noise floor and wide dynamic range, the QH4 delivers exceptional audio clarity. The master volume control and mute switch provide easy overall level management.
Mono Compatibility and Monitoring
The global Mono button allows quick mono compatibility checks before finalising mixes. It also enables sending split left and right stereo feeds to both sides of headphones, ideal for monitoring podcasts or stereo interviews.
