The RX1223RP adds 12 additional 3.5”/2.5” SATA HDD/SSD bays to compatible RackStation hosts, enabling live storage expansion without downtime. Redundant power supplies eliminate single points of failure, making it suitable for business-critical environments. All drives are managed through the host system’s Synology DiskStation Manager (DSM) with no additional software required. Synology-certified drives provide the highest level of reliability and integration.
