The Imix HD44-S2 is a 60W compression driver designed for use with a compatible horn or waveguide in PA and monitor speaker applications. The S2 is an earlier revision in the HD44 driver family, sharing the same physical mount and horn compatibility with the S3 variant. Suited to replacement use in existing horn-loaded PA enclosures originally fitted with the HD44-S2, and to custom speaker builds where a compact 60W HF driver is required. Cross over from the low-frequency driver at approximately 1–2kHz using an active or passive crossover network.
